Come join us for a gastronomic and wine extravaganza of Lebanese food and wines from Chateau Ka in the Beqaa Valley
Flatbreads with hummus Beiruti, fancy labneh (strained yoghurt with confit garlic and tomatoes), baba ghanoush and muhammara
Garlic chicken wings with tahini and za'atar
Shawarma spiced lamb with Lebanese rice, served with pickles, stuffed baby aubergines, fermented chilli sauce, toum (Lebanese garlic sauce) and herb salad
