About the Event
After the success of the first 2 supper clubs we are continuing the collaboration with Food Stories and host a further 2 nights showcasing the finest food and wines from South America.
- Tortilla chips with pork crackling dust and smoky pumpkin seed dip
- Chilled garlic and almond soup
- Cochinita pibil tacos with fermented gooseberry salsa, refried beans, habanero hot sauce and pink pickled onions
- Hibiscus and watermelon granita
- Dulce de leche baked cheesecake
Matetic were the first biodynamic producer in Chile and continue to be the pinnacle of the Chilean wine industry and we are delighted to serve 4 wines for the evening.
The last 2 supper clubs have been sold so don't hesitate booking.
Due to kitchen size restrictions, unfortunately there is no vegetarian or gluten free option. We may be able to cater for some allergies but please check in advance of booking.
