About the Event

Hello and welcome to your next event location.

Generally most customers book downstairs where we can provide an array of wine, beers, cocktails and nibbles. Choose wines from our extensive range of bottles on our shelves or, as we source wine from a range of diverse suppliers, if you have any special requests for wine varieties or regions, we very easily can source them for you.

Our capacity for the venue is 30-40 downstairs (standing).

Types of events we can offer:

- Tutored wine tastings, mid week, minimum ten people, maximum 15, six wines, from £30 per head

- Midweek basement hire, £500 minimum spend

- Weekend basement, minimum spend is £25 per head for minimum 30 people, maximum 40 people, Friday and Saturday

- For mid week whole venue, please email sales@dvinecellars.com

- For Friday and Saturday, whole venue hire, we charge a £2000 minimum spend

- Coffee and meeting space for corporate groups

- Dry hire for wine trade

There are a whole host of other wines we can explore, along with regular spirits and pre-specified cocktails (such as espresso martinis, negroni etc). We can also offer canapes which starts at £12 pp. Otherwise we can make you a bespoke menu or various catering options examples include oysters, food trucks and more.

Bookings are only confirmed once the non refundable deposit is received and we also can arrange:

- Late licence until 1am (normally 11pm) for £25

- Your own playlist via spotify as we have a sonos system

- DJ is possible but we generally recommend against this due to their space requirements

- We can also decorate the venue for you (additional charge applies)

- We can also organise a cake for you (additional charge applies)

For all events we require a minimum of 50% deposit.

Please note, we DO NOT charge a hire fee and your deposit is usually credited toward an arrival drink, wines, beers or food. On this front we can tailor a package for you and have done weddings, landmark birthdays and numerous engagement parties. We can tailor it to your requirements with wine and food.
