These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you (the Customer) and D Vine Cellars Ltd and are referred to herein as either “Terms and Conditions" or this "Agreement". The Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions by making a purchase from or placing an order with D Vine Cellars Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, except that the Terms and Conditions posted on the Site at the time Customer places the order will govern the order in question, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the you and D Vine Cellars Ltd.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Under UK law, D Vine Cellars Ltd are unable to sell alcoholic drinks for consumption by anyone under the age of 18. When you place an order, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old and that you will not provide alcohol to be consumed by anyone under the age of 18.
Minimum Order, 6 bottles or £50 minimum
The Company reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.
The current list renders invalid all previous lists.
All wines are subject to availability at the time of your order. Occasionally some products go out of stock, in this event we will contact as soon as possible and either recommend a similar product or place your order on hold while stock is replenished.
We accept all major credit and debit cards online or by telephone. All goods remain the property of 'D Vine Cellars Ltd', until full payment of any invoice price has been received. Payment must be received before orders can be dispatched
If you receive the wrong wine in your order we will replace your bottle and rebate any delivery costs you incur.
We will not refund a purchase because you didn't like the wine - however if there is bottle damage please contact us immediately by email to email@example.com and we will organise a refund. We may request the return of the damaged product before a refund is given so that we can make an assessment.
All refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation. Any credit issued to you for any reason must be used within two (2) years from the date that the credit was issued and may only be used for future purchases. Any credit or portion thereof not used within the two (2) year period will automatically expire.
In the event of damaged or lost goods, you must notify the carriers and D Vine Cellars Ltd, in writing AND by telephone, at the earliest opportunity and no later than seven days from your order.
You cannot cancel your order once the goods have been dispatched. Your normal statutory rights are not affected. You may return goods within 28 days, but at your own expense.
Where applicable VAT at the current rate is included in the price.
Orders outside of London, please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery of any order made before 10am. We aim to get deliveries out as soon as possible, but obviously wines can go out of stock from time to time. Should the delay be more than a few days we will contact you to advise a delivery estimate. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you mention this to us.
In respect of local deliveries, inside of London, we will ring to book in the delivery at your convenience. We can deliver anytime up to 9pm in the week and at weekends. If no one is home, a card to say the delivery has been attempted will be left. D Vine Cellars Ltd cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after delivery.
All non local deliveries will be made by courier and subject to a fee of £10 per case if shipped to mainland UK (excluding NI and Scottish Highlands) For outside the UK and individual quote will be required.
Privacy Statement: D Vine Cellars Ltd is absolutely committed to protecting the privacy of customers. While we do obtain identifying personal information from customers, such as names, email addresses and delivery addresses, this information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling our orders. We do not use this information for any other purpose, or share or trade this information with any other parties.
We also collect email addresses for our opt-in newsletter; this information is for this permission-based service only. It is of utmost importance to D Vine Cellars Ltd that your personal details are kept personal.
D Vine Cellars Ltd does not retain debit and/or credit card details and/or any other financial information for any purpose, and will use a third party, Streamline to proceess payments via its virtual terminal service.
