From a scorched area of South East Spain called Jumilla, the vineyards are just high and cool enough to make grape growing possible. It's still a big wine, with dark mulberry and blueberry notes and plenty of hefty tannins.
Looking for something different? Well here it is... Teroldego which is dark red grape variety only really planted in a small area of the Dolomite.
Great NZ Pinot and it is about as good as it gets from Marlborough.
